This policy explains what information Simple Studio's games and website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Simple Studio (“we”, “us”) makes the mobile games shown on this website: Simple Breaker and Rockets Landing. On Google Play, our games are published under the developer name SuperDan.

2. Information we collect

Our games don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details, and they don't require an account. We don't collect personal data from our games on our own servers.

Our games are free and show ads. To do that, they include advertising services from third parties (for example, Google AdMob), which may collect and process:

• Device and advertising identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID.
• App interactions, such as how you interact with the game and its ads.
• App performance data, such as crash logs and diagnostics.

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

3. How information is used

Our advertising partners use this information to show ads, including personalized ads where permitted, to measure how ads perform and to prevent fraud. We use the messages you send us only to reply to you and to improve our games.

4. Your ad choices

You can limit ad personalization at any time. On Android, open Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Settings › Google › Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID.

5. How information is shared

The only information our games share is the data described above, which goes to our advertising partners so they can show and measure ads. They handle it under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data sent from our games to our advertising partners is encrypted in transit.

8. Your choices and rights

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time, and you can stop all data collection by a game by uninstalling it. Because we don't store personal data from our games, there is usually nothing for us to delete; for data held by our advertising partners, please see their privacy policies. If you've emailed us and want your messages deleted, just ask at dan.minh.le@gmail.com.

9. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no third-party scripts. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. See our Cookie Preferences for details.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
